摘要: Summary One hundred and sixty clinical isolates of Mycobacterium tuberculois were tested for their sensitivity to pyrazinamide (PZA) using the conventional proportion method (Mid-dlebrook 7H10 agar) results compared pyrazinamidase (PZase) activity strains. The correlation between strains susceptible PZA production PZase was 99%. None exclusively resistant PZA. At present rate initial resistance in Kanton Zurich is 0.6%.
