摘要: Interleukin-10 (IL-10) and Interleukin 12 (IL-12) generation may be regulated by a complex monocyte macrophage-derived cytokine network an impairment of the immune system can observed in neoplastic disease. In this study, we examined production these cytokines phagocytic cells, obtained from breast cancer (BCa)-bearing patients. Our results suggest that increased IL-10 formation represent important regulatory pathway IL-12 BCa mononuclear cells. report, show cells patients affected have defective capability while generating higher amounts IL-10.
