摘要: Evidence-centered assessment design (ECD) provides a simple principle as the basis of design: tasks should be designed to provide evidence claims which designers wish make about examinees. This paper looks at Bayesian model underlies much ECD philosophy. It then goes on explore how can help think three important issues in future assessment: (1) How we organize student performance gathered from diverse sources across multiple time points? (2) balance information aspects proficiency? (3) collect complex tasks? The chapter illustrates these ideas with some examples advanced assessments that have used ECD.
