摘要: In this article lasing action of (CdMg)Te quantum well laser structures is reported. The separate confinement were grown by molecular beam epitaxy. Stimulated emission has been observed at 77 K and room temperature. emitted wavelengths around 650 nm A (CdMg)Te/CdTe superlattice used for the active layer as electrical layer. Due to an efficient radiative recombination even temperature could be obtained. distribution intensity light across waveguide calculated.
