MicroRNAs play critical roles during OS development. Thus, elucidation involvement specific microRNAs development may provide novel therapeutic targets for treatment. Here, we showed that specimens from patients, levels miR-543 were significantly increased whereas PRMT9 decreased, compared paired normal tissue. Moreover, inversely correlated cell lines.
