摘要: The authors presented in this paper an accurate and simple topology circuit dedicated to measure very small percentage of differential capacitance variations. proposed is based on a charge-based measurement method (CBCM). simplified architecture linearity the are two main advantages required satisfy design criteria capacitive sensors array intended for bio-particles detection. simulation results give minimum measurable 7 aF 10 fF variation instead level 2 reported by recent literature.
