摘要: Objective To determine the E-cadherin and β-catenin expression phenotype in untreated primary prostate cancer corresponding bone metastases. Materials methods Paired metastasis specimens were obtained from 14 men with metastatic carcinoma. The tumours histologically graded by an independent pathologist. Expression of mRNA for was detected within tumour cells using in-situ hybridization a 35S-labelled cDNA probe. as uniform, heterogeneous or negative. Results expressed 13 carcinomas 11 metastases; nine, respectively. Of tumours, nine uniformly; contrast, all metastases had down-regulated and/or β-catenin. Conclusions down-regulation are feature phenotype, which may be significant factor genesis metastases. However, this does not appear to reflected these molecules tumours.
