摘要: OBJECTIVE The aim of this study was to compare the cleaning main and lateral canals using irrigation methods: negative pressure (EndoVac system), passive ultrasonic (PUI) manual (MI). MATERIALS AND METHODS Resin teeth were used. After root canal preparation, four made at 2 7 mm from apex. Root filled with contrast solution radiographed pre- post-irrigation digital radiographic system [radiovisiography (RVG)]. protocols were: MI1-manual [22 G needle 5 short working length-WL]; MI2-manual (30G WL); PUI; EV1-EndoVac (microcannula 1 EV2-Endovac 3 WL). obtained images, initial (filled solution) final (after irrigation) analyzed by image tool 3.0 software. Statistical analysis performed variance (ANOVA) Tukey tests (5% significance level). RESULTS EV1 EV2, followed PUI showed better capacity than (MI1 MI2) (p < 0.05). CONCLUSION Negative promoted simulated canals. CLINICAL SIGNIFICANCE Conventional technique may promote less in apical third. For reason, search for other is important, EndoVac are alternatives contribute effectiveness.
