摘要: We present a unique technique for optical sorting of heterogeneous suspensions microparticles, which does not require the flow immersion medium. The method employs size-dependent response suspended dielectric particles to field three intersecting beams that form fringelike interference pattern. experimentally demonstrate polydisperse suspension polystyrene beads diameters 1, 2, and 5.2μm living yeast cells.
