摘要: The ultrastructure of the proximal tubule cells was studied during development nephrons in newborn and adult rat kidney. Cells nonfiltering showed few cellular organelles a large nucleus. In filtering surface area apical, lateral basal cell membranes increased comparison to nephrons. Those areas also nephron as became more mature. Also relative volume mitochondria total whereas nucleus decreased. It found that were preferentially located closer membrane developed. observations indicate close relation between structural known functional nephron.
