摘要: It is well established that the efficiency of kidney lower in newborn than adult animals. In newborn, renal blood flow and glomerular filtration rate (GFR) are low, concentrating acidifying functions restricted capacity to secrete organic compounds limited11. However, level maturity function at birth varies widely from one species another. most laboratory animals such as rats12, rabbits16, dogs14 functional values increase several times adulthood, whereas relatively small rises reported for infants6, pigs8 sheep3,1. The aim present study was extend our knowledge maturation a second ruminant, goat.
