摘要: Thirty-four eyes of 25 patients underwent a guarded sclerectomy in combination with either an intracapsular or extracapsular cataract extraction. The intraocular pressure was well-controlled the early postoperative period all but one case, and only eye developed flat anterior chamber that required surgical reformation. However, there high incidence intraoperative complications both groups. These observations, as well experience extraction posterior lens implantation alone glaucomatous eyes, have led to reevaluation criteria for combined glaucoma surgery.
