摘要: Simulation-based surrogate models have been used for a variety of applications in automotive industry. In this paper, based on the FEM analysis, both response surface model (RSM) and Kriging are to optimize an ADI upper control arm, where weight arm is considered as design objective, maximum allowable von Mises stress constraint objective. The initial analysis shows distribution under very severe loading condition. And, by virtue result analyses, fifty simulations with six variables performed RSM construct approximation obtain optimum result. optimized results obtained using KRG confirmed verified analysis. addition, fatigue carried out verify durability final design.
