摘要: There is a constellation of diseases whose pathology direct consequence the immune response. Since there has been failure to identify either an infectious aetiology or pathognomonic abnormality, these are characterized as being autoimmune. Rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, myasthenia gravis and multiple sclerosis all well-known examples. An important therapeutic approach selective inhibition activity.
