摘要: In this study, glucose and fructose were subjected to catalytic conversion by isomerase in an amino-phase packed column operated using a reverse-phase mobile phase that enabled simultaneous reaction separation. The was composed of acetonitrile aqueous solution. system used determine the apparent rate constant, kapp, constants stationary phases, km ks, respectively. static-state kinetic parameters Km Vm also investigated. This work has demonstrated isomerization reverse can be studied appropriate conditions for separation amino chromatography system.
