Resection of an intramedullary high cervical metastasis from a malignant mixed Muellerian tumour.

摘要: Abstract We present a 66-year-old female patient with high cervical intramedullary metastasis from malignant mixed Muellerian tumour (MMMT; carcinosarcoma) concomitant syringomyelia. She was admitted to our clinic symptoms of myelopathy. MRI revealed an 2.6 cm × 1.2 cm at the vertebral body C2. performed laminectomy on C2 followed by dorsal median myelotomy C1 C3 resect tumour. The surgical intervention removed completely and resolved During 36 months follow-up, presented in stable condition no evidence recurrence. To knowledge, this is first report MMMT.
