摘要: Handover, or the communication of patient information between clinicians, is a fundamental component health care. Psychiatric settings are dynamic environments relying on timely and accurate to plan care manage risk. Crisis assessment treatment teams primary interface community mental services in many Australian international services, facilitating access assessment, treatment, admission hospital. No previous research has investigated handover crisis inpatient psychiatric units, despite importance planning.
