Development of consensus-based guidelines for outpatient dietetic treatment of eating disorders: A Delphi study.

摘要: OBJECTIVE To generate consensus-based guidelines for outpatient dietetic treatment of patients with an eating disorder (ED) using Delphi methodology. METHOD A modified method was used to develop in several categories: referral a dietitian; essential components treatment; strategies promote collaboration between dietitians and other healthcare professionals; skills should possess if treating ED. Participants (n = 162) were coded into three panels: ED specialists 79), non-ED 28), consumers carers lived experience 55). total 122 statements rated across rounds. RESULTS Eighty-one reached consensus level (66.4%). high proportion endorsed consistent current treatment, though some which evidence exists not as treatment. Compared carers, less likely endorse assessment or involvement by dietitian standard component number discrepancies observed regarding DISCUSSION This study provides the absence clinical practice EDs.
