摘要: Abstract: The objective of this study was to estimate variance components for oocyte and embryo production traits in Guzera breed female donors, investigate their associations with age at first calving (AFC). analyzed were the number viable oocytes (NOV), grade I (NGI), cleaved embryos (NCLV), produced (NEMB), percentages (POV), (PGI), (PCLV), (PEMB). Data obtained from 5173 ovary puncture vitro fertilization (IVF) sessions using 1080 donors different ages, occurred March 2005 July 2013. Variables log-transformed (logeX+1) prior analysis. (Co)variance estimated by restricted maximum likelihood (REML), one- two-trait animal models. Permanent environment IVF sire (father embryos) random effects included. Estimated heritabilities NOV, NGI, NCLV, NEMB, POV, PGI, PCLV, PEMB 0.19, 0.08, 0.16, 0.14, 0.04, 0.03, 0.01, 0.07, respectively. Repeatabilities count (NOV, NEMB) varied 0.14 0.32, higher than percentage (POV, PEMB), which 0.01 0.08. Selection NOV may be more appropriate breeding programs selection because its strong genetic correlation (0.68) NEMB greater time- cost-effectiveness. AFC only weakly associated traits, indicates that there would no effect on when selecting these traits.
