摘要: Cerebral angiomas have been treated sporadically by various forms of radiotherapy for a considerable time (1). Although clinical improvement occurred in some cases (2), there was no proof that the angioma had cured and, even if it had, possibility spontaneous thrombosis to be considered. Early were exposed at operation as tumour suspects with raised intracranial pressure or epileptic foci and proved frightening days before modern anaesthesia assured low additional aid control blood pressure. On occasions these large cortical submitted following a, usually necessary, decompression. The treatment wide field maximum effect thought occur within first few months. Such case irradiated 1944, sacrifice bone flap, presented 16 years later signs due enlargement angioma; but an angiogram demonstrated right parietooccipital disappeared presumed symptoms late x-ray necrosis.
