Compositions and methods for aptamer screening

摘要: Methods are provided for selecting aptamers that specific to a target of interest from amongst library potential aptamer sequences. Aptamers disclosed can be used detect and/or characterize biological entities interest, e.g. microvesicles surface antigens. Further biomarkers diagnosing different disorders including types cancer.
