摘要: The abuse or misuse of forged erectile-dysfunction drugs, containing phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitors (e.g. sildenafil), is a serious issue globally. Therefore, the detection sildenafil and related active analogues in counterfeit pharmaceuticals differentiation between authentic drugs has been performed with variety analytical techniques. Recently, liquid chromatography-hybrid quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry (LC-QTOF-MS)-based in-house library, consisting accurate ion fragmentation information retention times, was effectively applied to screen large number compounds field forensic toxicology. However, comprehensive LC-QTOF-MS spectral library not yet reported. In present study, 40 developed spectra times using LC-QTOF-MS, nine marketed products. successfully identified sildenafil, dimethylsildenafil, hydroxyhomosildenafil, demethylhongdenafil, pseudovardenafil vardenafil samples. Our LC-QTOF-MS-based search considered powerful approach for identifying pharmaceuticals.
