摘要: The Rho GTPases are the sub-group of Ras super family and identified in all eukaryotes. effect different cellular signaling pathways involved a number diseases such as cancer, neurological cardiovascular disorders. Members including RhoA, RhoC Rac1 play major role regulation apoptosis kind stress conditions. Here we investigated GTPase activating protein 15 (ArhGAP15) gene knock-down on induced by ethanol bovine fibroblast cells. Fibroblast cells were treated transfected with two concentrations (50 100 nM) ArhGAP15 siRNA for 48 h respectively. Both effective results RT-PCR revealed an efficient mRNA Further, normal exposed to mM concentration showed reduction cell viability ratio related Bax/Bcl-2 proteins compared Ethanol also increased caspase-3 expression decreased lower levels knocked-down Our suggest that involves activation silencing said protects apoptosis.
