摘要: We have proposed and experimentally demonstrated a band-notched surface plasmonic filter, which is composed of an ultra-wide passband filter with simple C-shaped ring on the back substrate. Enhanced narrowband or broadband rejections spoof plasmon polaritons (SPPs) can be achieved double rings in propagation transverse direction. By mounting active components across slit cut ring, dynamic control rejection SPPs accomplished. Both bandwidth controlled when Schottky barrier diode forward-biased reverse-biased. The frequency spectrum band electronically adjusted by tuning applied bias voltage varactor diode. simulated measured results agree well demonstrate at microwave frequencies.
