摘要: Melanoma is a highly metastatic cancer that accounts for the majority of skin deaths. Unfortunately, very few improvements have been made during last 20 years in management melanoma metastases, which major cause Therefore, identification molecular targets can be exploited clinic to treat disease desperately needed. The KISS1 metastasis suppressor gene has emerged as promising target disease. This review compiles data regarding and biochemical properties its cognate receptor, focusing on believed most pertinent use clinical setting. In addition, supports having dual role prognostic indicator therapeutic will highlighted.
