摘要: The pharmacokinetic characteristics of reboxetine, a unique selective noradrenaline reuptake inhibitor (selective NRI) for the treatment depression, were studied in 12 healthy, elderly volunteers (mean age 81 years ±9 years). All subjects received single 4-mg dose and plasma reboxetine concentrations measured by HPLC.
