摘要: 1-Octyl β-d-xylobioside and xyloside were prepared by direct transglycosylation reaction of xylan 1-octanol using purified xylanase from Aureobasidium pullulans. 2-Ethylhexyl β-d- xylobioside also in the same way. The maximum yields 2-ethylhexyl β-d-xyloside 110 54 mg/g xylan, respectively. proposed mechanism for production octyl involved octanol to produce xylotrioside, latter which was simultaneously hydrolyzed into xylobiose.
