摘要: Ethylene oxide and 1,2-butylene were sequentially polymerised to form the diblock copolymer E13B10 (E=oxyethylene, B=oxybutylene, subscripts denote number-average block lengths in repeat units). Dynamic static light scattering over temperature range 10-30 degrees C demonstrated a transition from compact (spheroidal) micelles larger, more elongated (worm-like) with increase above critical onset of about 20 C. Determination solubilisation capacity for griseofulvin, carbamazepine spironolactone dilute micellar solutions this copolymer, together those E11B8 E17B12 copolymers (which also show sphere-to-worm transition), allowed investigation influence on characteristics hydrophobic length temperature. The extent at 25 poorly water-soluble drug increased linearly length, attributable concomitant proportion worm-like solution.
