摘要: Abstract This study investigated the effects of selection cutting on seedling densities Picea jezoensis and Abies sachalinensis in sub-boreal forests Hokkaido Tokyo University Forest. Volumes of, coverage with, fallen logs, broken stems snags a preserve stand were significantly greater than those stand. Regeneration substrates P. limited to coarse woody debris root mounds, whereas A. was found debris, soil. density any regeneration substrate not increased by cutting, cut stumps soil increased. An overall that stand, but there no statistically significant difference seedlings between stands. The present demonstrates forest Forest results reduction because crucial for , enhancement
