摘要: Abstract Dwarf bamboo creates a dense carpet that prevents forest regeneration in mixed forests of Japan. Soil-scarification has been used widely to regenerate such forests. However, no study specifically addressed the effects soil-scarification on dynamics following perturbation. This analyzed demography and community structure most abundant species 6 years after stand Northern We canonical correspondence analysis (CCA) analyze environmental factors distribution. Using multiple regression analysis, we determined net balance competition facilitation. Abies sachalinensis Picea glehnii are species; Betula sp. Salix bakko largest ones. Increasing distance edge scarified area is generally concomitant with decreasing seedling density, but changes extension growth show idiosyncratic responses. These results, together those CCA, suggest light main factor directly affecting (with high levels irradiance) indirectly (by changing volumetric soil water content) structure. Multiple analyses facilitation important interaction growth, probably by reducing excess irradiance.
