摘要: The t(11;14)(q13;q32) translocation is associated with human B- lymphocytic malignancy. This divides the IgH locus on chromosome 14q32 and may activate a postulated proto-oncogene, bcl–1, located 11q13. Two samples of chronic leukemia t(11;14)(q32;q13) were studied. break in one sample was shown to join Jh sequences previously described bcl–1 major cluster. DNA blots second suggested that joined different breakpoint region 11. cloned found link Jh3 new 63 kb telomeric occurred part as result an aberrant D-J recombination. Recurrent translocations B-lymphocytic definition aid identification gene.
