摘要: Phagokinetic migration of cultured vascular cells was tested in response to human platelet-rich serum ('serum') and platelet-poor plasma ('plasma'). The cell types included bovine aortic endothelial cells, umbilical vein haemangiomal capillary adrenal microvascular pericytes, smooth muscle cells. Human stimulated a significant increase the rate for all five types. migrate but had no effect on pericytes or Highly purified platelet-derived growth factor (PDGF) dose-dependent causing 50% phagokinetic track area relative controls.
