摘要: ABSTRACTAlthough there are many conservation and restoration obligations targets, implementation thereof has so far been insufficient to halt or slow down biodiversity loss. In this context, efforts for ecological must be accelerated. fulfilling legal policy targets on restoration, it is important lawyers makers understand the underlying concepts. article three concepts, that largely unknown in literature, clarified, namely extinction debt, trap dark diversity. Their implications law analysed recommendations made better integration of these concepts into projects. We recommend more monitoring beyond simple presence certain species, a higher ambition level measures, substantial increase measures connectivity ‘absent’ species.
