摘要: Carcinogenesis in many tissues is a multistep process accompanied by variety of morphologic, biochemical, and genetic changes each step. It well known that endometrial cancers arise through series precursor lesions, simple, complex, atypical hyperplasia, unopposed prolonged estrogen stimulation. also accepted there an estrogen-independent type which the lesions are not identified. Recent molecular-based evidence has revealed three possible pathways for carcinogenesis, namely metaplasia, de novo pathways. The have their own features both histopathology molecular biology. Such understanding profile carcinoma prompted us to revise classic criteria regarding carcinogenesis. recent studies provided concept intraepithelial lesions: neoplasia (EIN) as carcinomas. new terminology might improve cancer screening protocols treatment modalities.
