摘要: OSTEOPOROSIS is defined as a decrease in bone mass and strength leading to an increase fractures, particularly of the vertebral bodies, proximal femur, distal radius. According this definition, disorder must exist before fracture occurs, but at present we cannot reliably diagnose osteoporosis fracture. Moreover, most hip wrist fractures occur after fall, if there no trauma may never become clinically apparent. Even crush which usually with little or trauma, defect for years occurs. . . .
