摘要: Abstract In vitro accumulation of 3 H-labelled monoamines into hypothalamic slices taken from rats in different endocrine conditions was investigated. Accumulation noradrenaline hypothalami ovariectomised increased by pretreatment for days with 1 μg oestradiol. dopamine (DA) decreased 4 mg progesterone given together 0.05 oestradiol days. 5-hydroxytryptamine (5HT) not affected any the hormonal treatments. When (3.6 × 10 −12 −3.6 −6 M) or (1.6 −1.6 −4 added to incubation flask both hormones inhibited all amines. immature induced ovulate, [ H]NA and H]5HT on day before ovulation untreated controls; groups there a diurnal rhythm. H]DA these significantly at beginning critical period end, indicating dopaminergic control timing period.
