摘要: In the realm of biophysics and biochemistry, light scattering is used extensively to evaluate molecular weight size macromolecules particles in suspension. Bacteria scatter strongly but are too large for conventional procedures. By extending wavelength lambda incident radiation into infrared, we show that effective bacteria (relative ) reduced, usual Zimm plot measurements procedure can be applied size. Details apparatus, its alignment, calibration use given along with data aqueous suspensions three species.
