摘要: The aim of this study was to evaluate the effects nitrous oxide (a gaseous anesthetic) on in vivo production inflammatory cytokines and chemokines by airway epithelium, when combined with sevoflurane or propofol. Subjects undergoing simple segmental mastectomy were randomly assigned oxide, air, propofol air group (all n=13). Epithelial lining fluid (ELF) obtained using bronchoscopic microsampling method prior following enable measurement pre- post-operative levels certain a cytometric bead array system. Notably, interleukin (IL)-1β, IL-8 monocyte chemotactic protein-1 (MCP-1) ELF significantly increased operations which involved inhalation although these molecules not changed air. Furthermore, IL-12p70 reduced that sevoflurane. These observations suggest combination induces an response (increased IL-1β, MCP-1) suppresses anti-inflammatory (reduced IL-12p70) local milieu airway. Thus, compounds should be carefully administered for anesthesia.
