摘要: Cognitive functioning in autistic subjects was investigated by employing ERP recordings. The sample included four patients, with five normal and Down's syndrome patients serving as the two control groups. P300 component under three different experimental conditions, that is; "No-task," "Counting," "Keypress." Two out of were able to perform required task Counting condition. However, none them complete for Key-press Autistic demonstrated a lower amplitude No-task condition compared other It speculated autistic, opposed groups, had some cognitive difficulties "active stimulus evaluating process."
