摘要: Background The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between pretreatment inflammatory markers and prognosis patients with oropharyngeal, hypopharyngeal, laryngeal cancers. Methods The data for 285 treated curative intent by concurrent chemoradiotherapy (CRT) were obtained their markers, including neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio (NLR), platelet-to-lymphocyte (PLR), lymphocyte-to-monocyte (LMR) calculated. Results Significant relationships observed a high NLR oropharyngeal or hypopharyngeal cancer, T3 T4, N2b N3, clinical stage III IV, whereas significant LMR T1 T2, I II. With regard survival outcomes, NLR, PLR, low all significantly associated decreases in overall (OS) disease-free (DFS). Furthermore, multivariate analysis showed that an independent prognostic factor. Conclusion Pretreatment found be factor head neck cancers CRT. © 2016 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Head Neck,
