摘要: Lymphocytes separated from surgically resected tumor tissue, uninvolved lung and peripheral blood of cancer patients were investigated for cytotoxic potential analyzed their phenotypes at the time surgery after having been propagated 4 to 5 wk in presence interleukin-2. Most lymphocyte infiltrates examined shown have a shift favor T8 subsets those found blood. No natural killer activity low cytotoxicity against autologous characterize tumor-derived population. Propagation lymphocytes different tissues patient interleukin-2 preparation induced widespread lytic K562 cells, allogeneic tumors, but not normal or lymphoblasts. However, cells exerted by cultured tumor-infiltrating was be significantly higher than isolated tissue same patient. The elevated derived indicates accumulation site precursors killer-like specifically stimulated antitumor effectors. Our results suggest coexistence two types anti-autotumor site: specific T-cells.
