Modulation of fluorescence properties of MMeAQ in micelles and cyclodextrins

摘要: The interactions of the N-methylquinoline-3-amine (MMeAQ) with three cyclodextrins and micelles have been investigated using fluorescence spectroscopic techniques. It is shown that cationic neutral surfactants enhance quantum yield MMeAQ in water by breakup aggregates incorporation into micelles. However such enhancement not observed SDS micelle. β-cyclodextrin host rationalized light stoichiometry inclusion complexes. There no interaction for α-CD γ-CD. Quantum chemical calculation has also performed order to support experimental findings species.
