摘要: This paper proposes a method for impedance measurements based on closed-loop implementation of CMOS circuits. The proposed system has been conceived alternate current excited systems, performing simultaneously driving and measuring functions, thanks to feedback. delivers magnitude phase signals independently, which can be optimized separately, applied any kind load (resistive capacitive). Design specifications circuit blocks trade-offs accuracy loop stability have derived. Electrical simulation results obtained several loads agree with the theory, enabling measurement problem, in special, bio-setups including electrodes.
