摘要: Electrical bioimpedance spectroscopy is a fast and relatively easily applicable method for tissue characterization. This paper describes CMOS instrumentation amplifier based on the principle of current feedback use in this application. The was designed 0.35 /spl mu/m technology dissipates 420 mu/W from plusmn/1.5 V power supplies. Simulations showed that it has bandwidth 2 kHz-1 MHz, mid-band gain 20 dB, CMRR 101 dB at 1 an input-referred noise voltage floor 11.5 nV//spl radic/Hz.
