摘要: This paper proposes a new method for bio-impedance measurement useful to 2D processing of cell cultures. It allows represent biological samples by using impedance sensing method, and exploiting the electrode-to-cell model both electrical simulation imaging reconstruction. Preliminary simulations are reported validate proposal Electrical Cell Impedance Spectroscopy (ECIS) applications. The results show that low concentration culture can be correctly sensed displayed at several frequencies proposed CMOS system.
