摘要: This work proposes a method for the study and real-time monitoring of single cell on 2D electrode matrix, great interest in motility assays characterization cancer metastasis. A CMOS system proposal location based occupation maps data generated from Electrical Cell-substrate Impedance Spectroscopy (ECIS) has been developed. From experimental data, an algorithm analysis eight nearest neighbours implemented to find center mass.
