摘要: INTRODUCTION:Neospora caninum and Toxoplasma gondii belong to the Sarcocystidae family, both have one definitive various intermediary hosts. Owing their weak immune systems, immunocompromised persons might be prone opportunistic infections. The aim of this study was investigate presence anti- N. T. antibodies in individuals.METHODS:This cross-sectional investigated rates , as assessed using immunofluorescent antibody reaction (IFAT) with 1:50 1:16 dilution, respectively, patients human immunodeficiency virus (HIV).RESULTS:The seropositivity for 26.1% (81/310) Mato Grosso do Sul 31.2% (10/32) Parana 76.8% (238/310) 68.7% (22/32) Parana.CONCLUSIONS:There is evidence N HIV. Other aspects which a zoonosis, affect immunodeficient individuals, need evaluated reported.
