摘要: Pulsed electric field (PEF) is considered to be a very promising technology for mild cell disruption. The application of PEF microalgae that have rigid wall, however, hampered by the presence outer wall. A wall free mutant C. reinhardtii was used mimic pretreated with removed investigate possibility using protein release from microalgae. complete hydrophilic proteins mutants observed whereas treatment on containing species resulted in substantially lower yields. Additional experiments showed even at low energy input (0.05 kWh/kgbiomass), still about 70% could released respect bead beating as reference.
