摘要: A two-stage ultrafiltration process was applied to the aqueous phase of Tetraselmis suecica after breaking its cell wall by high-pressure homogenization. Microscopic observation revealed that cells were completely disrupted from 600 bar and fragmentation also noticeable 800 bar. In addition, highest concentration all molecules interest in observed at 1,000 a temperature 46 °C while preserving integrity downstream process. After centrifugation, submitted through two consecutive membranes different molecular weight cutoffs. Complete retention starch possible with 100-kDa membrane separation sugars proteins 10-kDa on remaining mixture. testing model solutions, transmembrane pressure selected 2.07 bar, which succeeded retaining pigments during first part process, second part. linear correlation between permeate flux rate both parts
