摘要: Diet-derived fatty acids (FAs) are essential sources of energy and fundamental structural components cells. They also play important roles in the modulation immune responses health disease. Saturated unsaturated FAs influence effector regulatory functions innate adaptive cells by changing membrane composition fluidity acting through specific receptors. Impaired balance saturated/unsaturated FAs, as well n-6/n-3 polyunsaturated has significant consequences on system homeostasis, contributing to development many allergic, autoimmune, metabolic diseases. In this paper, we discuss up-to-date knowledge clinical relevance dietary biology, epithelial cells, macrophages, dendritic neutrophils, lymphoid T B Additionally, review effects pathogenesis diseases, including asthma, allergic rhinitis, food allergy, atopic dermatitis, rheumatoid arthritis, multiple sclerosis type 1 2 diabetes.
